The ginger plant requires a consistently warm and moist climate, sunshine, and heavy rainfall. The harvest begins nine months to a year after planting, when the stalks begin to wither. Nedspice sources sustainable ginger through their own sustainable sourcing program Nedspice Farmers Partnership Program (NFPP) in Kerala, India. Ginger is available whole, sliced, cracked and ground. The minimum order volume is a pallet per product.
