The tomato pulp is an all-rounder and also an important ingredient in many cuisines where it is used as a base to many dishes like bruschetta’s, dressing pasta or fish/meat dishes. It can also be used a a thickening agent. Tomato pulp is supremely versatile as it is used to make various dishes. Packaging: drum of 235 kg net weight. Also available in bags of 20 kg Shelf life is 24 months after production when stored cool and dry. After opening, the ambient shelf life is maximum 24 hours and when stored chilled at < 5°C the maximum shelf life is 5 days
